The Reflex Slicing Knife has a long narrow blade made from high quality stainless steel and with a scalloped edge making it ideal for slicing bread, meat and vegetables.

The Slicing Knife has a contoured grip closed handle that is set at an angle to reduce the need for wrist movement and making the utensil easier to use and control for the user. The handle has also been designed to counterbalance the weight of the utensil, a feature which makes the knife easier to use whilst also being aesthetically pleasing.
