Living Made Easy is the charity previously known as the Disabled Living Foundation. Since 1969 the DLF has been providing free impartial advice and information on solutions, gadgets, adaptations and aids to make life easier. We are continuing our mission to maximise your lifestyle, adding life to years through practical advice. Our visitors looking for advice are individuals, unpaid carers and those working in caring professions and service providers. |

| Our free public information and advice enables people to make informed choices about daily living equipment - ‘self-assessing’ whenever possible - but we also take care to direct people to seek independent professional advice when appropriate. The DLF has always worked with and supported independent living professionals. We do this is a number of ways; providing more detailed product information, training and events for professionals. There is a dedicated Living Made Easy Professionals area within our site. |
| Living Made Easy has been providing training to the health and social care sector for over 20 years. We offer a programme of CPD accredited courses, delivered by trainers who have the relevant skills, knowledge and experience in their chosen fields. Living Made Easy Training courses are suitable for those working with disabled and older people, to ensure that quality person centred care is delivered within best practice guidelines. Living Made Easy is one of the founding members of the Trusted Assessor Framework. |
