Looped tubular steel handrail designed to assist user when sitting up or transferring to and from the bed. Horizontal section of rail fits between the mattress and platform and is adjustable to accommodate different bed widths. Rail extends vertically on both sides of the bed to form grab handles, one on either side of the bed. Alternatively, there is the option of a looped handle on one side and a single vertical handgrip on the other side, B53.

This bed rail has a handle at each end, allowing users to pull themselves into a seated position, whichever side of the bed they are. It is easily fitted as it simply slides under the mattress from either side, and the two piece construction aids carriage and storage.
