We pride ourselves on being a local Hampshire based, well-established agency that specialises in introducing trained and vetted care workers to people who would benefit from full-time care and support and who wish to remain living in their own home.

The company was created in 1994, when founder Judie Tighe realised that there was a gap in the homecare market, having witnessed the difficulties her mother had arranging care for her father. As a result, she made it her mission to transform the process of organising live-in care, so both those who need it, and those family members arranging it, have quick and easy access to a solution that suits their individual circumstance.

Over thirty years on, her original vision continues to drive the company forward. Passed from mother to daughter, Access Care is now run by Tiggy Bradshaw and a handpicked team of care and recruitment professionals, all of whom take a personal interest in each and every client and care worker that is registered with the agency.
