Motor unit comprises: integral handle; universal connector for attachment of spreader bar; powered lift and lower; manual traverse; emergency stop; mechanical emergency lowering; audible and visual low battery indicator; handheld control on wander lead. Directional controls are also situated on end plate of motor unit. Powered by two 12v batteries which recharge by placing hand control in charging station. Accessories include: coat hanger spreader bar in compact or wide versions; stretcher lift; heavy duty spreader bars; scales; 'Easy Switch' which fits hand control with membrane key for users with reduced hand function; long handled reacher to facilitate connection and disconnection of lifting strap.
