They are specifically designed for wheelchair users with a high back and flat seams as well as the drop down front for easy access. They look like ordinary trousers when closed with an easy opening drop down front, which allows for easy dressing especially if lying flat - with simple access to catheters and stomas. Available Waist Sizes: Small (32"/34") Medium (36"/38") Large (40"/42") X-Large (44"/46") XX-Large (48"/50") XXX-Large (52"/54") Available in inside leg lengths 31 or 34". Available in Navy and Stone.
