What we say

Public loop system, for use by people with hearing aids incorporating 'T' switch: for use in smaller buildings, each unit having two universal microphones or line level input. Both have alert tone generators which can be linked to alarm systems, burglar alarms or doorbells. Tape output allows high quality compressor to be used when recording meetings and automatically raises level of signal to compensate for people who are not speaking directly into microphone.
