Key Features
- up to six automated phone calls to a landline or mobile at designated times each day to remind the user to take their medication
- each call prompts the user to press a button on their telephone key pad to confirm that they have responded to the reminder
- if they do not press the button then a the system sends a text message and e-mail to up to six nominated relatives, friends or carers that the person has not responded and further action may be required
