Our adult neckerchiefs offer a more dignified alternative to bibs for individuals who have difficulty controlling saliva. Worn around the neck like a cravat, their unique cut allows them to form small folds that catch dribbles, wicking moisture away into the cotton fabric.

The backing features a fine microfleece with a Velcro fastening beneath the 100% cotton upper. The absorbent cotton captures dribbles in the folds and quickly wicks moisture away, while the non-absorbent fleece keeps the damp cotton off clothing, allowing air to circulate. This design helps the cotton surface stay drier and more comfortable for longer.
