For example, with the limit value function, it can be programmed to sound alarm when a certain weight is exceeded. Among other things, this can be especially useful for stress control in rehabilitation centres. The BMI function provides information on the nutritional condition of the patient. The seca 862 is well-suited for hospitals and clinics, particularly paediatrics, orthopaedics, medical practices and rehabilitation centres.
