Our standards

Living Made Easy aims to include information on every item of daily living equipment available in the UK along with all known retailers of that item that wish to be listed. The website is maintained by DLF, the UK’s leading national charity helping older and disabled people live independently at home with equipment.

DLF’s core value is impartiality. This means we list all known retailers of each item on the website. 

We would encourage all retailers to sign up to any relevant codes of practice so that they can demonstrate they meet our standards.

However, any retailer who does not wish to be listed on the website can contact our Data Services team to ask to be removed.
