Newport & Gwent AskSARA - Self-Assessment Tool for Assistive Technology

DLF is delighted to be supporting the Association of Directors of Social Service (ADSS) Cymru by presenting at their virtual Members’ Summer Festival on 13th July at 14.30.

The event runs for three days from Monday 12th July and if you are an ADSS member but haven’t already signed up then please don’t miss out: ADSS Cymru Members’ Summer Festival

The three-day schedule is packed with a mix of live and recorded sessions by some of their key partners, guest speakers and seminars. It will be a networking opportunity and a chance to reflect on the last year in social care and health in Wales.

Our presentation will feature Dawn Pridham, Service Manager for Adult & Community Services at Newport City Council and her experiences as the lead for Newport’s AskSARA including insights from providing the service during the pandemic. DLF's Melanie Poyser will introduce DLF, our history and some more information about AskSARA and how it supports the Social Health and Care Sector.

If you are unable able to attend the event, but would still like to see the DLF presentation you can view it here:
