Alongside our Understanding Adult Mental Health training, we are excited to announce we have developed our own CPD accredited Understanding Youth Mental Health training, and for this month we are offering a 5% discount on bookings with the code Advent5. 

This course is delivered over one day and provides a different option for those wanting to increase their awareness around Mental Health in young people.  

The course will enable you to:  

 

  • Explain the differences between Mental Health and Mental Wellbeing.  
  • Identify risk factors linked to Mental Ill Health  
  • Support young people with poor Mental Health  
  • Be able to manage their own well-being when supporting others.  

  

The course can be delivered online or face-to-face, and we offer group bookings (max 16 per course) or open courses for individuals.
