Do you work with young people who struggle with their confidence? Our wobbles training has been specifically developed for young people who struggle with their confidence, especially when it comes to talking on the phone, booking appointments or attending interviews. 


By the end of the session, those attending will be able to: 



  • Apply the GROW model to empower them to break down barriers. 
  • Prepare for situations that make them feel uncomfortable.
