Comprises: padded vinyl upholstery; lap harness; braking system; safety limit and pressure sensors; lockable key; battery packs are designed to automatically recharge at the end of every trip; can be folded away when not in use; designed to suit straight staircases; the track fits to the stair treads and can be installed on the right or left hand side; the stairlift is designed to continue to operate in the event of a power cut.
