The Neater Arm Support Zero is a manual mobile arm support with adjustable counter balance spring designed to help people with a muscular weakness lift their arms against gravity. The unit has an easy to adjust spring assist mechanism and the arm slings and frames can be customised to the users specific needs, with 2 standard widths available . The manual arm support can be clamped to a table for desk based activities such as computer work, eating and drinking. It can also be attached to a wheelchair or stand with additional parts and installation cost. The Nas0 is available in right and left handed variants
