The Kes-Vir™ Boys Continence Swim Trunks – Red/Slate are adaptive swimwear designed to help boys with continence needs enjoy swimming with confidence and comfort.
These swim trunks feature a two-in-one design, combining a regular swim trunk outer layer with a built-in waterproof swim nappy that helps contain solid bowel movements while in the water. The design looks like standard swimwear, helping children feel comfortable and included when swimming with friends and family.
The swim trunks are designed for children who may have weak muscle tone, restricted limb movement or additional continence needs. The outer layer opens flat to assist dressing and includes slide-on nylon poppers with a shock cord loop and button fastening, making it easier for carers to support dressing and changing.
Inside the garment, the waterproof liner features a wide hook-and-loop fastening and tie string for additional security, helping achieve a snug fit that is important for effective containment while swimming. Both the waist and leg openings are adjustable to provide comfort and reassurance in the water.
Made from chlorine-resistant fabric with UPF 50+ sun protection, the swim trunks are durable, quick drying and suitable for regular use in swimming pools, hydrotherapy sessions and leisure swimming.
