This section includes toys, games and activities to provide visual stimulation, such as diffraction mirrors and tubes, coloured mirrors and reflective coloured panels.
Some children may not look around (perhaps because they are passive, or because of their physical disability) or be able to understand what they are seeing in the distance. Therefore, they may benefit from stimulating objects such as these being brought close to the face.
Also included are mirrors that may vibrate, be curved, provide a black and white or distorted reflection, or have an integral grab rail so that children can pull themselves to standing. They may be wall mounted, free standing or used flat on the floor.
