Evacuation sheet for bariatric use.
The Bariatric EvacMat is designed to assist emergency services personnel or designated moving and handling staff to evacuate bariatric patients or people from locations such as a hospital ward or other public or private buildings in the event of an emergency. The Bariatric EvacMat has colour coded cross straps which keep the individual securely cocooned, and the body weight held in place to make the movement of the EvacMat more stable. It has a tough slippery base allowing it to move easily over indoor and outdoor surfaces for horizontal or vertical evacuation of bariatric and large individuals.
