Drop front wheelchair trousers in comfortable jersey for single-handed management, easy dressing and with an adjustable inner waistband. The inner waistband fastening is adjustable as is the outer front, they are very easily managed by anyone with poor manual dexterity - especially anyone who has the use of only one arm - and this version of the trousers opens out flat to below hip level to permit easy lie-flat dressing. Because the waistband is adjustable these trousers are very flexible in sizing, and ideal for anyone with a stoma, who wishes to avoid pressure on it, as the inner adjustable waistband fastening can be looser or tighter according to what is comfortable, but when the drop front is closed up they look no different. These jersey trousers are made from a cotton rich jersey fabric which has a soft, brushed lining and is easy to wash. Please bear in mind that wheelchair trousers should generally be worn at anything between 2" and 3" longer than when standing.
