Open-back trousers mean seated dressing could not be easier.Adaptawear's open-back trousers look entirely normal but they are far easier to put on than conventional trousers. The 2 large flaps overlap to cover the lower back and tuck under the seat.Simply draw the trousers up the legs and then overlap the 2 large flaps at the back to preserve the wearer's dignity. This style is deliberately very generous to provide maximum comfort. These open- back trousers are ideal for men with continence problems or who require hoisting. Ideal school trousers for wheelchair users. Also available for ladies. Trouser length 31"/ 79cm.
