What we say
'U' shaped rigid plastic shell with nine grooves on each side, for class one and two compression stockings. The grooves catch the stocking and prevent it moving. The stocking is thread onto the shell and lowered to the floor by holding onto the cords. The user then inserts their foot and pulls on the cords to pull the hosiery up their leg. Recommended for below knee stockings but may be suitable for some above knee. Two sizes available.
