Key Features
- up to four automated phone calls to a landline or mobile at designated times each day to remind the user of a task or appointment
- prompts the user to press a button on their telephone key pad to confirm that they have responded to this reminder
- if they do not press the button then the system waits 30 minutes before trying again
- if it still does not receive a response then it can send a text message and/or e-mail to up to six nominated relatives, friends or carers that the person has not responded and further attention may be required
