DLF Vendor Portal

The DLF has a long-established reputation for providing free, impartial information and advice for older and disabled people, their families and unpaid carers. We also support, train and inform thousands of OTs, independent living and social healthcare professionals. We are working hard to reach out and share the information and advice we hold.

We need your input to keep the product information accurate and up to date.

The launch of our new DLF Vendor Portal will make listing your products easier, faster and more comprehensive than ever before. Once listed, all products are then available to both public and professional audiences.

Products Displayed in Living Made Easy - Reaching The Public

The newly re-designed and relaunched Living Made Easy is the DLF’s public facing brand, providing visitors with links directly to online retailers, so that products can be researched and immediately purchased and delivered to their door.

Product Categories Displayed in AskSARA - Reaching The Public

AskSARA, the DLF’s online self-assessment tool for the public, has been streamlined and relaunched with additional topics and advice, helping those visitors who don’t yet know what category of product they need. Already licensed by more than twenty local authorities and charities, AskSARA reaches further into the community, with links back to the products on Living Made Easy and a direct route to online purchase.

Products Displayed in DLF ProAssist - Reaching The Professionals

Designed by professionals for prescribers of equipment and assistive technology, DLF ProAssist is revolutionary new tool. DLF ProAssist replaces the DLF Data subscription service. Much more than a digital list of products, DLF ProAssist is a professional hub that provides person centred outcomes for prescribing professionals. The new functional needs based classification and navigation delivers a simple way to find and prescribe the right equipment solutions; creating reports, providing guidance, with the facility to share clinical evidence and reasoning, watch videos and interact with other professionals on best practice.

Update One Place For Both Audiences

Living Made Easy, AskSARA and DLF ProAssist are all driven by the same product database and your products can be listed there for FREE.

Straight Forward Self-Service Updating

The new DLF Vendor Portal has been developed to be more effective and easier to use, allowing you to update as often as necessary. It is important to DLF visitors, both public and professional, that the information is as accurate and up to date as possible. More recently updated information ranks higher up where multiple retailers are listed. You will find the new DLF Vendor Portal offers straight forward, intuitive self-service. The DLF will still be checking information and apply standards, but you, the National Retailers will be responsible for pricing and links to your own online product listings.

Phase One is Live
