This course has been developed specifically for young adults who may struggle with confidence. Especially when it comes to talking to people on the phone, booking appointments and attending interviews.
By the end of the session, those attending will be able to:
· Apply the GROW model to empower them to break down barriers
· Prepare for situations that make them feel uncomfortable.
Face to face delivery over 4 hours
Course cost £1800 (max 8 per group)
Any sector delivered in a face to face environment only
