DLF Training COVID-19 update

We are delighted to announce that we are returning to face to face training.

Course dates and locations will be added to the website as they are confirmed, but please do contact us if you would like any further information or to discuss your requirements.

All face to face courses will adhere to COVID-19 restrictions and course numbers will be limited accordingly.

Building on the success of our remotely delivered Level 3 accredited Trusted Assessor: Assessing for Minor Adaptations course, we are going to continue this option for the foreseeable future, however our popular face to face version will still be available to those who wish to arrange a session specifically for their organisation.

We have also added to the digital options available by including a blended version of our Level 4 accredited Trusted Assessor: Assessing and Adapting the Home course and an e-learning version of our Refresher course, aimed at Trusted Assessors who attended a level 2 or 3 course over two years ago.

We are looking forward to seeing you and for details of the learning outcomes, format, prices and how to book on to any of our training courses, please call 0207 289 6111 or email training@dlf.org.uk

Developed over 25 years ago our popular range of courses has expanded since its inception. Originally designed to increase minor equipment and adaptation provision in the community to encourage safe and independent living, DLF training has continued this successful program increasing its reach into other essential areas to broaden the scope of a trusted assessor. Take a look at our range of courses below.

DLF Training also offers a range of courses for professionals and specialist areas. Our suite of courses for Occupational Therapists and Reablement workers helps to provide a consistent, evidence based approach and allows professionals to put into practice their problem solving skills.

A must for all professionals, our suite of moving and handling courses will meet all your clinical needs. We have developed specialist courses in areas such as plus sized persons and single handed care along with refreshers and train the trainer courses. DLF Training’s courses are CPD accredited. Trainees are presented with a Certificate of Attendance to attach to their CPD log as evidence of development once training is complete.
